ARIE Nanjing Attends CITTC Conference

Organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology ("MOST") and the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the 8th China Jiangsu Conference for International Technology Transfer and Commercialization ("CITTC") opened in Nanjing on November 9, with ARIE Ventures Nanjing in attendance.

The 8th CITTC focused on biomedicine and healthcare, intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, new energy and environmental protection, next-generation information technology, new materials, and high-tech agriculture. It attracted more than 1,000 Chinese and foreign institutions to participate in the event online or onsite. In the conference, nearly 600 enterprises held one-on-one talks for potential cooperation.

At the event, the province's Department of Science and Technology and Innovation Norway renewed the memorandum of understanding and pledged to provide joint support for industrial R&D cooperation.

Jiangsu has established industrial R&D cooperation with 10 countries or regions including Israel, Finland, and the Czech Republic. It also joined hands with top universities including the University of Oxford and the National University of Singapore to establish R&D and technology transfer institutions.

Jiangsu has become one of China's top destinations with a most active and fruitful industry-academia collaboration. Among the achievements are the China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park and the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology ("ICGEB") China Regional Research Centre.

ARIE Ventures Nanjing is the ARIE Capital Group's full-time team based in China and enjoys a fruitful partnership with the Jiangning Development Zone ("JNDZ"). If you would like further information about Nanjing and ARIE's activities in China, please contact us at
